Detroit Diesel 6V71T cutaway engine – The cutaway engine was designed as a training tool for the Stennis Space Center in Mississippi. The engine has a training/production finish and the paint is DuPont Imron. All the major systems are cutaway and color coded to show functionality. The front of the engine is shown here.
